Privacy policy
Boundless Aeon is a documentary content brand operated by Aeon Aurora LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, boundlessaeon.com, and Boundless Aeon Pipeline, the private Google app we use to edit our own videos.
This website
- The site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from other websites.
- It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We don't sell or share them.
Boundless Aeon Pipeline (Google app)
- Who uses it: only us. It is connected to one Google account, the Boundless Aeon account, and accesses no one else's Google data.
- What it accesses: files in that account's Google Drive, through the Google Drive API (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive). - What it does: it reads the raw videos we upload to one folder and never changes or deletes them. It writes edited videos, captions, chapters, draft titles, descriptions and thumbnails to a separate review folder in the same Drive.
- Who processes the data: the editing runs on Modal, a cloud computing provider. Text transcripts of our videos are sent to Anthropic's API to choose cuts and draft titles and descriptions. Working copies on Modal's storage are deleted once that week's edits are finished.
- What we don't do: we don't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Boundless Aeon's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- The account owner can remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our videos and social channels
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok collect viewer data under their own privacy policies. From them we see only the aggregate statistics they give account owners, plus the comments and messages people send us there.
Children
Boundless Aeon isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
